Our team of professionals at LevRose have been working with landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers since 1992. As a result, LevRose has become a market leader in commercial real estate in the greater Phoenix metro area. 1992-2003

1992 – Co-founders Jon Rosenberg and Bob Levine join forces and open LevRose’s first office in Old Town Scottsdale. 

1993 – Hired the first LevRose salesperson and move into offices on Stetson Drive. 

1996 – Purchased the first LevRose headquarters building on 6th Avenue in Old Town. 

1997 – Over the next several years, the firm continued to grow and expanded into larger offices throughout Old Town. 

2004-2009

2006Purchased LevRose’s current office, 4414 N Civic Center Plaza, in Old Town Scottsdale’s Civic Center to accommodate current and future growth. 

2008 Along with Patty Hartley, MODE Property Management (LevRose’s sister company) is created. This allows many of our clients to have a seamless management/brokerage relationship. 

2010-2015

2013 – Became the official Arizona affiliate of TCN Worldwide, a national network of independent commercial real estate firms. This achievement expanded the firm’s reach across the country and allows the firm to make more connections with clients and other commercial real estate professionals. 

2013 – Named as one of the fastest growing private companies in America by Inc 5000 for the first time. 

2015-Current

2016 – Named as one of the fastest growing private companies in America by Inc 5000 for the second time.  

2018 – Named as one of the fastest growing private companies in America by Inc 5000 for the third time. 

2020 – Named the #1 commercial real estate company in Arizona by Ranking Arizona. 

2022 – Named as one of the fastest growing private companies in America by Inc 5000 for the sixth time. 

2022 – Earned the CoStar Power Broker Award. 

2022 – Named one of the top companies to work for by AZ Business Magazine. 

2022 – Celebrated LevRose’s 30-year anniversary, an impressive milestone that was reached through the support of both our clients and team. Now with over 30 team members, LevRose is more prepared than ever to help you with your business’ commercial real estate needs.

In 2013 LevRose became the official Phoenix affiliate of TCN Worldwide

LevRose first joined this International Real Estate Network in 2013, comprised of independent commercial real estate firms Worldwide. This organization serves over 200 markets with integrated real estate solutions.
