     SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA (August 2022) – LevRose CRE/TCN Worldwide brokers closed over 30 leases and a variety of sales in the month of August. Of the five notable deals from this month, LevRose CRE had 2 office deals, one land deal, one retail space, and a special purpose space across the Valley.

The top transactions for August:

Partner Matt Leonard; and Vice President Jeff Tricco represented the seller in the $5.25 million deal for 7010 E. Cochise Road, in Scottsdale. The office property totals 12,267 SF. The seller was I & L Investments, LLC; the buyer was Arizona Cancer Foundation for Children.

Vice President Anna Sepic, and Advisor Gunnar Sinnet represented the buyer, FAE Holding 557305R, LLC, in the $2.86 purchase of 24245 & 24345 N. 23rd Avenue, in Phoenix. The land totals 115,075 SF. The seller was Hawkeye Acquisitions, LLC.

Vice President Mark Cassell, and Advisor Landon McKernan represented the landlord, Stegner Investments, LLC, in the 10,032 SF Special Purpose lease of 41117 N. Daisy Mountain Drive in Anthem. The tenant was Montessori Room, LLC.

Partners Zak Kottler and Joe Cosgrove, and Senior Advisor Hunter Chasse represented the seller and buyer in the $1.65 million transaction of 9170 E. Bahia Drive, Unit #106 in Scottsdale. The office property totals 5,075 SF. The seller was Region Rentals, LLC; the buyer was 16424 Property, LLC.

Senior Vice President, Sean Lieb represented the landlord in the 8,208 SF retail lease of 7942-8240 W. Bell Road, Suite A-2, in Glendale. The landlord was Randolph Plaza, LLC; the tenant was Flames Gymnastic Academy, Inc.
