Matt Leonard is originally from Boston and moved to Phoenix in 1995. He has been a commercial real estate Broker since 2004 and joined LevRose in 2010. His specialties include commercial investments, office, industrial and retail leasing and sales, as well as land transactions throughout the Greater Phoenix area and neighboring counties. Since becoming a Partner, Matt has worked diligently to provide his Clients with insightful market data and world class customer service, so they are prepared to make sound financial decisions.
The time and effort Matt has put into his commercial real estate career is evident in the amount of success he has achieved for his Clients. Over the course of his Commercial Real Estate career, Matt has successfully closed $190,000,000 worth of real estate transactions. His educational background includes a B.B.A. with a focus in Marketing and a Masters degree in Business Administration.
