Positioned in the Surprise Pointe neighborhood near Dysart and Waddell roads, the site provides easy access to major freeways such as Loop 303 and U.S. 60. Each building will feature 28-foot clear heights and dock wells, catering to logistics, manufacturing, and supply chain needs. Owned by ESI Ventures and built by Ryan Companies, Surprise 34 is part of Ryan’s portfolio of industrial projects in the Phoenix metropolitan area, including The Confluence at Mesa Gateway and Hatcher Industrial Park. Scheduled for completion by Q1 2025, the project aligns with the rising demand for industrial space in the region.
