Plans for a mixed-use tower at Biltmore Fashion Park in Phoenix, in partnership with Red Development, have been resubmitted with potential for a height increase up to 165 feet. The project’s specifics, including retail, restaurants, entertainment, office, hospitality, and residential spaces, will be market-driven. Submitted to the city on March 1, the project hopes for consideration by the Phoenix planning hearing officer in April. If approved, it will undergo site plan and permit review before construction, possibly starting by year-end. Additionally, there are plans for high-end residential and Class A office developments in neighboring areas.
