Named GSQ, the downtown project will house various establishments including restaurants like The Stillery, Bacchus Wine Bar, and Copper & Sage, a new gastropub by Westside Concepts. Additionally, Solace at Ballpark Village, a rental community developed by Jackson Dearborn Partners, has opened, offering various amenities and starting at $1,499 per month. Whitestone REIT has acquired Scottsdale Commons, a shopping center, and Brookfield Properties is hosting a grand opening for Blossom Rock at Superstition Vistas, a master-planned community in Apache Junction. Lastly, Vuori will open a new store at Scottsdale Fashion Square, Original ChopShop is expanding to Tucson, Thai Chili 2 Go is opening in Laveen, The Mexicano by Maggiore Group is coming to Chandler, and Burlington Stores Inc. plans to open a new location in Surprise.
