Partners, Zak Kottler and Joe Cosgrove and Advisor, Hunter Chasse represented the sublessor (Prosperity Home Mortgage, LLC) in the ±123,952 SF lease of the office space at 7720 N Dobson Road in Scottsdale. The tenant was Equality Health Real Estate, LLC.
 
Vice President, Anna Sepic and Advisor, Gunnar Sinnett facilitated the land sale of 10437 N 56th Street in Paradise Valley for $1.65M. LevRose CRE represented the seller (Congregation Beth Israel of Phoenix), in the ±2 acre sale to buyer (56 & Shea Holdings, LLC).
