Dick’s Sporting Goods is set to introduce its national store concept, Dick’s House of Sport, in Arizona in 2025. The new concept integrates retail merchandise with sporting experiences like rock climbing, golf simulation bays, and multi-sport cages. While details about the Arizona project remain limited, public records indicate that Dick’s acquired around 11 acres of vacant land in Glendale for $10.6 million. The planned location is near the Loop 101 and Maryland Avenue, close to major amenities and attractions in Glendale’s sports and entertainment district. Dick’s Sporting Goods aims to open 75 to 100 House of Sport stores by 2027, with several locations across the U.S.
