Chicago-based Belgravia Group has started construction on a $100 million luxury condominium project in north Scottsdale. The project, called Portico – North Scottsdale, is located within the One Scottsdale master-planned development and is expected to include retail and office space, residential units, and hotel rooms. The Portico homes, designed by KTGY, will offer up to 2,768 square feet of indoor living space and private terraces, with prices ranging from $900,000 to $2 million. Amenities will include a clubhouse, outdoor pool, spa, and fitness center. Cambridge Properties is leading the sales for the project.
