Z6, LLC has purchased a 26,191 square foot Chandler industrial building at 261 N. Roosevelt Avenue for $1,975,000. Zak Kottler of Levrose/TCN Worldwide facilitated the sale. The seller was Coxreels Holdings, LLC.
