The Buckeye Planning Commission has recommended approval for a 2,100-acre master plan proposed by Arizona Land Consulting to develop a data center and technology campus in the Buckeye Tech Corridor. The plan involves a major amendment to the former Cipriani master plan for the site, which was acquired by Arizona Land Consulting last April for $40 million. The proposed development aims to transform the property into an industrial area for data centers, advanced manufacturing, business parks, offices, retail, and warehouses. Approximately 1,700 acres are earmarked for data centers and related uses. The project involves collaboration with various firms for civil engineering, design, and planning. The next step involves the request going to the Buckeye City Council for final approval.
