Axon Enterprise Inc. has submitted a proposal to transform a 74-acre north Scottsdale land it purchased in 2020 into its new corporate headquarters and additional facilities. The plan encompasses a 400,000-square-foot office building on the east end, while the west end will house multifamily residential units, retail spaces, and a hotel. In addition to this, over four acres are reserved for civic use, and roughly 15 acres will be dedicated to the city of Scottsdale for right-of-way improvements. This development will be situated amid numerous high-value investments along Loop 101 in Scottsdale, emphasizing the region’s booming economic growth.
