A 25-story apartment tower is proposed for the northeast corner of Mill Avenue and University Drive in Tempe. The project is comprised of 453 apartment units and 3,800 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor. Additionally, a 7-story apartment project is underway in Tempe which will bring 200 new rental units, including 180 market-rate and 20 affordable housing units. In the West Valley, Abrazo West Campus has begun an $8.4 million expansion project which is expected to be completed later this year. Additionally, Habit Burger Grill opened its 20th Arizona location in Mesa on March 15.
