Zak Kottler, Joe Cosgrove, Hunter Chasse, and Aaron Cook of LevRose/TCN Worldwide represented both sides of the transaction for 7881 E Gray Rd in Scottsdale, Arizona 85260. This 34,768 SF flex/industrial building sold for $5,500,000 ($158.19/SF) at 99.34% of the asking price.
Recently completed in May, the ±10,169 RSF medical office property at 20040 N 19th Ave in Phoenix, AZ sold for $2,300,000. Representing the seller, Cassia Properties LLC, this deal was facilitated by Michael Waxman and Foster Bundy of LevRose/TCN Worldwide. The multi-tenant building was purchased by Veiny Envy, LLC, an owner/user who plans to occupy a portion while there is a National Healthcare group in place occupying roughly ±6,500 RSF.

With 10,900 square feet of office space, the sale of 916 S 52nd St in Tempe, Arizona was recently completed. Representing the buyer – Tempe Office LLC, this deal was facilitated by Keri Davies, Jason Reddington, and Jon Rosenberg of LevRose/TCN Worldwide.
