Gunnar Sinnett joined LevRose in 2021. He was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, and attended The University of Arizona, graduating in four years with a B.S.B.A in finance. During his time in college, Gunnar was a member of the Greek organization Sigma Phi Epsilon, serving as the chapter’s Philanthropy Chair. He was actively involved with The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and Big Brothers Big Sisters. Throughout college, Gunnar maintained a full-time course load and held five internships. Additionally, he tutored Pre-Business students with learning disabilities.
His passion for Real Estate stems from working for an Entertainment and Retail Developer. For over a year, Gunnar interned for The Staenberg Group (TSG), formerly THF Realty, in St. Louis. At TSG, his responsibilities included market research and generating income/debt-service proformas on all potential property acquisitions. He was involved with numerous development projects, including the $2 billion Mixed-Use Redevelopment of Chesterfield Mall.
At LevRose, Gunnar’s primary focus is Land and Multi-Family Investment Sales. His previous development exposure enables him to offer clients an extensive array of guidance.
His principal goal is to develop prosperous, long-lasting relationships, helping his clients achieve their personal and financial goals. Gunnar currently resides in Scottsdale, Arizona.
