Tony Mangat is opening MG Storage Condos, a new luxury vehicle storage facility in Glendale, designed for boats, RVs, and classic cars. Located at Glendale Avenue and New River Road, the facility will offer customizable, climate-controlled storage spaces with amenities like a 24/7 clubhouse, boat washing area, and dump station. Set to open in 12-18 months with a $21 million development cost, reservations are already available, starting at $325 per foot. Mangat’s firm, The Mangat Group, entered the self-storage market in 2023 and has proposed several other projects, including sports complexes and additional storage facilities in Laveen and Goodyear. The architect for the Glendale project is RKAA, with Campbell Development as the general contractor. Mangat, who owns about 900 acres in the Phoenix metro, is shifting his focus from raw land to development projects.
