Trader Joe’s, a long-requested retailer, is mentioned in construction documents as a potential tenant, though no official confirmation has been made. GSQ is set to feature 200,000 to 300,000 square feet of new retail, with its first phase already housing Goodyear’s city hall, library, offices, and popular restaurants like The Stillery and Copper & Sage. Future additions include Shake Shack, High Tide Seafood Bar & Grill, and a Banner Health outpatient facility.
