Several major retailers, including Nordstrom Rack, Old Navy, and DSW, are set to open new stores at the Prasada North shopping complex in Surprise, Arizona, part of the West Valley’s growing retail landscape. Nordstrom Rack’s 26,000-square-foot store will be the first of its kind in the far West Valley, further enhancing the area’s retail offerings. The Prasada North complex, anchored by a 150,000-square-foot Target, will also feature Sierra Trading Post, Sportsman’s Warehouse, Boot Barn, and several restaurants. The entire Prasada development, including the adjacent Village at Prasada, spans 1 million square feet, has attracted 85 tenants, and could generate 2,500 jobs, representing a $600 million investment. More retailers are expected to join, with the complex anticipated to draw over 10 million visitors in the next year.
