Flagship Restaurant Group, known for concepts like Blue Sushi Sake Grill and Châm Pang Lanes, is expanding in the Phoenix area with plans to open three restaurants in downtown Gilbert. The restaurants will occupy 14,000 square feet in the upcoming Heritage Park development, a $300 million mixed-use project featuring retail, restaurants, apartments, and a public park-like area. Construction on Heritage Park is set to begin in early 2025, with Flagship as the first announced tenant. The company already operates several Valley locations, including Pyro in Arcadia and three downtown Phoenix concepts, and is preparing to open Arizona’s first Blue Sushi Sake Grill in Tempe. Flagship’s CEO, Nick Hogan, has been based in Phoenix for six years and plans further expansions across the Valley, targeting areas like Desert Ridge, Queen Creek, and Goodyear. Future phases of Heritage Park may include office space, a hotel, and additional parking.
