Monogram Health Inc. signed a five-year lease to occupy 26,042 square feet at Hayden Ferry Lakeside II in Tempe, Arizona, transitioning from a sublease previously held by Gen Digital Inc. The office will serve as the company’s call center and operations hub, supporting its national expansion efforts. Since opening its initial hub in 2021, Monogram Health has grown its Arizona workforce to 185 employees, with 105 working out of the Hayden Ferry Lakeside location. The new lease reflects Monogram’s strategic commitment to maintaining a strong presence in Tempe. The owner, Cousins Properties, is also investing in enhancements to the campus, including a new restaurant and updates to common areas.
