Arizona Land Consulting acquired 600 acres along Interstate 10 in Casa Grande for $38.1 million, outbidding several other developers. The firm plans to rezone the property from urban ranch to mixed-use, including multifamily housing, light industrial, and commercial development. This site, located near the Promenade at Casa Grande, will support the city’s employment growth and accommodate potential users like data centers or semiconductor suppliers. Rezoning could take six months to a year, and discussions are underway with a speculative industrial developer for 200 acres. Additionally, Arizona Land Consulting recently purchased 130 acres in Buckeye for $18.3 million for future industrial development. This follows the company’s major land sale to Tract for a data center complex in Buckeye.
