Mack Real Estate Group has begun construction on the first phase of a 124-acre industrial park in Scottsdale, named Mack Innovation Park. This development will feature 1.2 million square feet of industrial and flex office space across 11 buildings near Pima and Bell roads. The initial phase, funded with $63 million in financing, includes two buildings totaling over 300,000 square feet and is expected to be completed by Q4 2025. CEO Richard Mack emphasized the strong market dynamics in Scottsdale, anticipating high demand for the new park. The project team includes Willmeng Construction as the general contractor and Butler Design Group as the architect. Mack acquired the land in 2022 for $125 million and has engaged with local neighborhoods to address traffic concerns.
