Plans also include 500,000 square feet of destination retail, residential areas, and spaces for medical and educational purposes. The project, anchored by the $65 billion Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., is expected to shape Phoenix into a major hub for industry and innovation over the next 25 years. Developers are working closely with city departments on infrastructure and planning agreements, with updates expected in December.
