The $7 billion Halo Vista development in Phoenix has gained global attention, with inquiries coming as far as France. Scheduled to break ground in 2025, the 2,300-acre project will feature an auto mall, retail, office, and industrial spaces in its first phase, eventually expanding to nearly 30 million square feet and creating 70,000 jobs. Key districts include the Forge, a 12-million-square-foot advanced manufacturing hub, and the Sonoran Oasis Research and Technology Park with 3.5 million square feet for flexible tech and office use. Plans also include 500,000 square feet of destination retail, residential areas, and spaces for medical and educational purposes. The project, anchored by the $65 billion Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., is expected to shape Phoenix into a major hub for industry and innovation over the next 25 years. Developers are working closely with city departments on infrastructure and planning agreements, with updates expected in December.
