Developers have topped out Sol Modern, a 29-story residential tower in downtown Phoenix, expected to be completed by spring 2025. The project will include 747 residential units, 30,000 square feet of retail space, and multiple amenity decks. Harvard Investments has begun construction on FirstStreet Skyline, a build-to-rent community in Buckeye, featuring 222 units and various amenities, expected to start pre-leasing by the end of 2025. Additionally, the Cave Creek Crossing Shops were sold for $5.84 million, and a 229-unit apartment community was acquired by Scottsdale-based ReNue Properties for $79 million. Lastly, Neighborhood Ventures acquired the Venture at Mountain View apartment complex, and Park West in Peoria announced two new tenants expected to open in the fall.
