The restaurant, located near Scottsdale Civic Center park, will feature a coastal southern European seafood concept with an inviting atmosphere and scenic park views. Hi Noon’s founder and CEO, Adam Strecker, emphasized the company’s dedication to quality, noting their commitment to flying in fresh seafood daily, a practice they believe enhances freshness while cutting out middlemen. The company also announced plans for expansion beyond Arizona, with future Buck & Rider locations planned in California, Texas, Tennessee, and Florida. Hi Noon aims to grow in areas with concentrated wealth that are underserved by high-quality dining options.
