Creation announced The Switchyard, a $120M mixed-use project in Queen Creek, featuring restaurants, retail spaces, offices, and residential units. The project will break ground in the fourth quarter of this year, with initial leases secured for Postino, an industrial wine cafe, and The Porch, a retro-inspired neighborhood hangout. Located at Ellsworth and Ocotillo roads, The Switchyard will cover 10 acres and include 54,000 square feet of space. David Sellers, co-founder of Creation, highlighted the project’s role in meeting Queen Creek’s growing demand for integrated living, working, and social spaces. Mayor Julia Wheatley praised the development for enhancing the downtown core with specialty dining and boutique offices. Designed by GFF Design and built by LGE Design Build, The Switchyard will open in phases, with completion expected in early 2026.
