The Levrose Retail Team has completed the sale of the 82,099 square foot Bashas’ anchored shopping center on the northwest corner of 75th Avenue and Thunderbird Road in Peoria. Deerwood Retail Opportunities AZ, LLC purchased the shopping center for $12,500,000. The Levrose Commercial Real Estate Retail Team, lead by Trent McCullough, Greg Vanlerberghe and Mark Cassell brokered the transaction.
